The 1965 episode of My Favorite Martian "Tim, the Mastermind" featured this scene in an office building.
It is the same backdrop used in the "Make 'Em Laugh" number in the MGM musical "Singin' In The Rain".
My Favorite Martian moved from Paramount Studios after two years to MGM Studios for its final season.
