This would be a cool shot be if the shutters were open. The shutters were rarely opened in Mike's den, and if they were, it was a closer, easier angle.

The high angle of Mike clearly showed a much higher than average 8 ft ceiling...meaning SOUNDSTAGE.
The girl in the poster is simply scary.Or in Pain.
Between takes they could have played hand puppets with those shadows.

They should have called the episode "Her sister's shadow, her mother's shadow, and her father's shadow."
