In September 1972 "The Paul Lynde Show" premiered. It utilized a lot of parts from the set of "Bewitched" which had been cancelled months before. It was filmed at the same studio with the same producer.

They used most of the parts of the kitchen including the refrigerator and stove, the staircase, and the pots and pans. But they also used the dining room hutch, and outdoor furniture and the fence.
