The view from The Stephens kitchen door was VERY inconsistent! It's not that it was just changed at one point in the series run, it would change sometimes from episode to episode.
Do you remember an episode when Endora and Serena snuck inside Sam's kitchen closet ( might be the one where Endora gets a pie in her face in the end), which looks like it could fit maybe one person, then once they're inside it is suddenly much larger than what you see from outside its door. That always amused me. :)
