Swinging 60s Interior Design

OK I have to wave the flag and surrender The Brady flag if this keeps up.  But in the meantime, check out:

This is a cool swinging 60s interior design on a 1966 Gomer Pyle episode.

Is this silver wallpaper? What is that piece on the wall?
In the close up it looks like a candle, though I don't guess a candle would be a thing in the 60s.

Lamp!

Art

Pillows

This "piece" has a twin on the opposite side of the console table.

The actress is Susan Oliver in the episode "A Date with Miss Camp Henderson"
March 1966

  1. Candles were around in the 60's. That thing is more likely a metal or opaque glass tube that you light a small candle in rather than a pillar candle.
