Brady Furniture
In 1968, a Lucy Show episode set featured a restaurant full of their family room chairs.
The Brady Grapes
I never noticed those grapes on the table. And it looks like they were one of the things that was always there 5 seasons. It wasn't until the HGTV Brady House Renovation went looking for them in 2019 that I became aware that they were even ever there.
They were also used, or similar ones, on Desilu's "The Joey Bishop Show" in 1962

Paramount's "Here's Lucy" used 2 sets of them in 1968 on this set before they moved into Stage 5 and ended up in permanently in The Brady home in 1969. Lucy also used a single Brady Dining room chair

Mike & Carol's Bedroom Decor
Alexander Backer Chalkware boy and girl busts were in Mike & Carol's bedroom during the first few seasons. Almost always, Mike had the girl statue on his side, and Carol had the boy statue on hers. (Things are very binary and symmetrical in The Brady universe.) Like everything in the Brady household, this was not consistent, and eventually the statues themselves disappeared.
