This color shot is stock footage, from a Season 5 episode of Hazel. It looked so similar to the Addams Family TV House, which, it turns out, it is!
Though the house was used in the pilot, a matte painting was added that completed it's signature, spooky look.

Hmmm.It appears it was modified a great deal on the roof details for the Adams Family series. Good detective work once again.
