The Giraffe In The Brady Girls Bedroom

The giraffe stuffed animal in the girls' bedroom was rare in 2019 when HGTV hunted and found one for A Very Brady Renovation. (Below)

The Upstairs Set on I Dream Of Jeannie Was Also Used on Hazel

The Upstairs Set on I Dream Of Jeannie was used in two episodes of "Hazel". 

One as an attic, and the other as the studio of an artist played by Claude Akins

Local TV Guide Demonstrating Early Cut and Paste

Funny to see this early cut and paste job, where the heads of the original Brady cast in the top photograph were cut out and compressed together to fit the limited ad space in the bottom photograph. 

The size of the heads is smaller in the back. C+

In "The Not So Ugly Duckling", Alice gathers the kids in the kitchen to discuss a surprise party for Jan.

The closer shot of the kids shows them in the proper spot in the kitchen.

But for Ann B. Davis' close-up, there is a stone wall, and wood paneling, behind her -- in the kitchen. She would have the glass sliding door behind her.  I suppose the closed curtain would look awkward, and if the curtain was open they would have to dress and light the driveway and patio.

 I am assuming they filmed it here in this corner of the family room.  

The Patridge Family Backdrop

I have to hand it to them, this is a great backdrop! It looks custom painted for their set. It's a perfect match with their backlot exterior fence and park across the street. And the fake plants lining the brick are a nice touch. It often looks great, as in the shot below. The view is usually obstructed by the partition on the left.
