Florence Henderson Calls Out Anita Bryant on Gay Rights

Florence Henderson putting her name on human rights.  Wow, she was way ahead of her time showing this kind of support in public. These subjects were not talked much about by celebrities in the press of the day.

Sheri Cowart on The Brady Bunch and The Partridge Family

Sheri Cowart appeared in two Brady episodes as Kathy Lawrence.  In "My Sister, Benedict Arnold", she delivered the classic "F-F-F-I-L" cheer. 

She appeared a year earlier in an episode of "The Partridge Family" -- in the same outfit!  It isn't unusual for guest players to bring their own clothes to a set. The wardrobe dept would select from the choices they bring in. It also saved time because the clothes were guaranteed to fit so there would be no need for a costume fitting. There would be some small union compensation for using their own clothes.

This blue piece moved from The Stephens living room to The Patridge Family home when they renovated their set for their last season in Fall 1973

The Brady KIds

The Brady Kids animated characters started out being promoted looking like as this:

And they turned into this:

I assume the change came when Filmation ended up with the animated Brady Kids contract. This final version is in their style. They also produced the Archies animated TV series around the time.  In fact, when you watch these episodes, it looks like they used some of the same animation cels.
