The Brady Bunch Set and Soundstage on Mannix

Soon after the cancellation of The Brady Bunch, "Mannix" used a shortened version of their Stage 5 set in the episode "Choice Of Victims" in the fall of 1974. This renovated version cut out the kitchen and family room, and the set began at the kitchen/dining room line.

He is standing with his back to the kitchen.

Now here is the alleged interesting part! A number of scenes in this same episode take place on a soundstage in a movie studio. I think these scenes are all filmed on the cleared space of the Brady kitchen and family room sets. The floor pattern is the same as the one the Bradys kitchen/family room shared, and it would make sense since this other set started at the point where the kitchen ends.

The white top border on the top right seems to match some of the angles of The Brady set.

It looks to me like there would be room here for the driveway and backyard, she is facing the set area. I don't know if this is the case, these were the best photos I could get, and unfortunately there is no high def, or good quality images. Anyone have the call sheet for this episode!? :)

The floor seems quite similar, and the space appears to be similar.

Recycled Brady Furniture

After the cancellation of The Brady Bunch, "The Odd Couple" took their dining room set and a living room end table out of Paramount storage during the Fall 1974 season.
