I sure hope so! I just think about Jayne Mansfield's pink mansion in Beverly Hills. When Engelbert Humperdink sold it, the buyers told him they were going to lovingly restore it, and they knocked it all down (in the middle of the night) as soon as it was theirs. <:(
Lance Bass is the new owner of the Brady Bunch house. From what I read, he's planning on gutting it and making the interior look just like the TV show sets. I like it! Johnny, you should reach out to him and let him know you have a wealth of fantastic interior shots!
Buy this, Johnny! I'm scared it will end up in the hands of a developer!
