The diner or what is left from the diner has been found. The current address is 3200 Cahuenga Blvd W. and a lot has changed. The real name was The Freeway Cafe and the address at the time was actually 3222 Cahuenge Blvd W. They dropped the last 2 in the address so it fit with 4th and Oak. Check it out on Google Street View. I got it confirmed through the owner from back in the days just after that Brady Bunch episode aired.
