The Brady Residence

  1. Of all the tv sitcom houses, the Brady's is still my hands-down favorite.

  2. My all time favorite too. The Brady house was more than just a house, but practically a very familiar, uncredited co star of the series. If I ever get rich, I'm building an exact replica of the Brady house!

  3. WOW ... love it!I love seeing the sets from all angles ... the Brady Bunch set is perhaps the most-loved set of all, and I especially love the shot where you can see straight across!

Just found this blog last night, and have gone through each and every post ... thanks for your work!

  4. I agree, the house was one of the stars of the show.

I've always thought it would be neat if the sets of sitcoms had been preserved and taken to a museum. I would definitely travel cross country to Hollywood to see the sets of Brady Bunch, All in the Family, Andy Griffith, Home Improvement, Little House, etc, etc...

  5. Edge of Night's police chief Bill Marceau to Mike Karr: "Mike, you are absolutely right about that Brady house....the damn thing is so ugly, it's a crime scene!"

    1. There's nothing ugly about the Brady's house! It's a great place.

    2. One of Chief Marceau's detectives, Deborah Saxon, told her partners Steve and Calvin that "there was more stone in the Brady house than in any crack house we've ever busted"!The Chief overheard her comment, winked and said "good one, Deborah!"
